When you sign up to become a courier on the JustEat Network, you choose where you want to deliver by selecting your preferred delivery zone(s). A delivery zone is an area within a town or city with clusters of restaurants and customers to help keep you busy.
To get matched with offers, you need to start your run in your delivery zone. Check your map in the Courier App to view your zone.
How do I add and remove zones?
Your current zone(s) and any available zones will appear in the ‘Update Delivery Zone' screen found within your App:
You can find this in the Availability tab on the Scheduling screen in the App. Tap on Settings and select Update Delivery Zones. Tap on an available zone to select it, or tap on a highlighted zone to remove it.
What if there are no available zones?
If a zone does not currently require more couriers, it will not appear as available and cannot be added to your profile. Check back occasionally, as new zones could become available without warning.
How do I select my preferred zone to be scheduled in?
If you have more than one zone on your profile, you can be scheduled in any of these zones for runs. To limit the zones you are scheduled in, update your availability settings:
- Go to the Availability tab on the Scheduling screen in the App.
- Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner, and edit your Scheduling Preferences.
