To deliver in a new zone, you first need to drop or complete all of your scheduled delivery runs in your current zone. Then, get in touch with us via email couriers@just-eat.co.uk and we’ll help get you up and running.
Here’s how you can drop runs:
- Log in to the Courier App
- Tap the run you wish to drop
- For confirmed delivery runs or delivery runs that are starting soon, double-tap the run > slide it to the left > tap the “x” icon > select “Drop run”
- For unconfirmed delivery runs or delivery runs far in the future, tap on the “x” icon next to the delivery run time
If you’d prefer to complete your delivery runs, we recommend removing your availability for the upcoming week and not picking up any open delivery runs.
Once you've dropped or completed all delivery runs, we’ll process your request to change your delivery zone.
