Vehicle preference change {Bike to Car}

In order to change your account type from bicycle to a vehicle, we require the following information/documentation:

• Valid vehicle insurance that covers for Hire and Rewards specifically for the carriage of goods.
• A photo of a full driving licence, both front and back. 

Vehicle preference change {Car to Bike}

In order to change your account type for a vehicle to a bicycle, the following is required.

• A thermal courier backpack

This can be purchased through the Courier Portal, or if you already have a backpack, please upload a photo to the Courier Portal.
